The Arts are My Passion!
I have devoted most of my professional career to the creative process as an artist, a performer, a teacher, a spiritual leader, an arts advocate, and an entrepreneur. My goal is to make it possible for everyone in my midst to have access to the arts so they might experience the life-enhancing benefits of the creative process. My objectives include 1) advocating for career artists who make our community culturally unique and economically viable by attracting businesses, and the creative class, and encouraging investment in the community; 2) using my entrepreneurial skills to create new opportunities for growing the arts industry, balancing earned income and philanthropy and building solid relationships with clients and donors; and 3) to align myself and my clients with colleagues who are more creative, intelligent and passionate than am I. This has helped me stay grounded, less ego-centric (humble), and ever learning new things.

Mobile Performing Arts, LLC
The Art-V ™ is one example of Maestro Nance’s entrepreneurial endeavors. This vehicle provides a revenue opportunity for performing arts organizations, eliminating their dependence on brick-and-mortar entertainment venues and the presenters responsible for booking acts into those venues. The Art-V ™ offers a direct way for performing arts organizations to reach new audiences, bring the arts to underserved populations, and directly connect and build relationships in the community.
